Community Needs Assessment

The Minority Health Coalition of Madison County (MHCMC) has conducted a community need assessment survey. This survey is for Anderson residents. The survey is about service needs, availability, and effectiveness in our community.

The goals of the community need assessment are to gain the perspective of Anderson residents and families, the human service network, and key community stakeholders regarding the needs of individuals and families living in Anderson, even though some of these resources may already exist.

All the information provided was examined and used to establish the framework for services and solutions by the MHCMC to address the identified needs. The findings are used to complete the coalition's ongoing community action plan activities, update strategic plans, and sustain funding for successful programs.

The full report from the 2021 Community Needs Assessment is 98 pages long and is therefore able to be viewed from viewing the document here: Minority Health Coalition of Madison County CNS 2021 Report_April 2023-1.pdf (dropbox.com)
